Refund Policy

Short version: custom video work can't be "returned", so all purchases are non-refundable once work has started or your order is confirmed. If something's not right, we fix it with revisions. If we never deliver, you get your money back.

All sales are final

Every video is made just for you. Once your order is confirmed (by our email or by your payment) or once we start work, your purchase is non-refundable. By ordering, you agree to this.

Revisions are the remedy

If the video isn't what you expected, tell us what to change. Each one-off video includes 1 round of revisions, and you can buy more. We'll work with you to get it right. See our Terms of Service for what counts as a revision.

The one exception: non-delivery

If we don't deliver your video at all, we'll refund what you paid for the undelivered work. "Not delivered" means we haven't sent you a finished video within 14 days of the promised delivery date, and the delay isn't caused by waiting on you (for example, for footage, answers or approvals we asked for).

Monthly plans

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time and you won't be charged again. The current month is non-refundable, and we'll keep delivering videos until the end of the month you paid for.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank. We're quick to respond and most problems are solved with a revision.
